Essen Butler
Essen has been a Super Yacht Captain for 21+ years allowing him the opportunity to have sailed around the world on boats from 62’ to 180’. His career not only gave him the opportunity to travel but also the opportunity to interact and strategize with some of the most successful entrepreneurs.
This lead him down the path to real estate investing with a focus in Self Storage. He began with erecting a facility offering 85+ doors. Three years later Essen acquired his second facility and in 2022 erected his third facility, establishing a portfolio of 300+ cash flowing units.
In 2024 Essen and Jaclyn expanded the portfolio with the acquisition of a 200+ door facility in the panhandle of Idaho and the expansion into portable storage containers.
Jaclyn Malcom
Jaclyn has been working in the Aerospace and Defense industry for 8+ years as a Systems Engineering Manager and Program Manager supporting ICBMs and Autonomous Systems. Within these positions she has had the opportunity to estimate, negotiate and execute on government contracts valued over $500,000,000 covering the full product life-cycle.
Before her career in Defense, she was a Data Analyst for Walt Disney World. Supporting the Revenue Management team, she analyzed hotel demand and revenue to derive the best approach to offering promotions while minimizing revenue dilution.
Jaclyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and currently earning a Doctorate in Business Management and Strategic Leadership.
